Maya Adimora, Co-Editor-in-Chief / Beyond the Gates Editor

Maya Nneoma Adimora is a junior at Rodriguez and grateful to be this year's Beyond the Gates editor (for two years in a row!) and the Co-Editor-in-Chief, despite not actually attending Armijo High School. (Isn't that crazy?)
She has achieved her freshman-year dream of getting out of her comfort zone and becoming more involved in her community. Maya is the current President of the RHS Book Club, Vice President of the RHS Environment Club, Secretary of the RHS Black Student Union, and a Youth Air Protector.
When she isn't writing APUSH notes, stressing about college applications, or losing her mind over high school in general, she channels her passion for reading and writing into hopefully creating a novel.
