I’m in journalism, and I love listening to various types of music. When I say that I listen to various types of music, I mean almost EVERY genre–but mostly R&B. I am a HUGE fan of Frank Ocean, The Internet, & TLC. My favorite song from Frank Ocean is Love Crimes, from The Internet–Hold On, and from TLC–Waterfalls.
I also play bass and, although I have not excelled, I find it cool and entertaining.
Along with that, I absolutely love socializing and talking to people, which is one of the main reasons I joined journalism. I don’t have much formal experience when it comes to writing/journalism, however, last year I won 1st place as well as $40 in a writing contest with my original piece. But to be honest, I was more motivated by the money rather than actually winning and writing. I mean, who wouldn’t be?–It’s literally $40!!
