Armijo is kicking off the 2017-2018 school year with a female sophomore Mystery Person for the part of September. While her entire family was born and raised in the Philippines, she is the first born in America. She is from the big beautiful city of San Francisco.

She previously attended Balboa High School in San Francisco. There she participated in the Women’s Basketball team. Her favorite National Basketball Association (NBA) team is the San Francisco Warriors.

Our Mystery Person moved to Fairfield for her second semester of freshman year and plans on joining the Armijo softball team.

Outside of school she enjoys going to San Francisco to visit friends and going downtown. There she likes to go shopping at the mall, and picking up her favorite seafood from the pier.

Her favorite color is gold. She said that she enjoys listening to hip hop, and her current favorite song is Peace of mind by Khelani. She has a pet turtle, one sister and one brother.  Who is she?

If you know the Mystery Person for these two weeks, be the first person to go to G-10 to identify him or her. You will receive a free movie ticket at Edwards Theater. Only one prize per issue will be awarded. Journalism students or club members and Armijo teachers and staff do not qualify. Armijo’s Mystery Person will be presented between September and May. Submission cannot be taken during class time but will be accepted between classes, before and after school.
