Easter eggs represent rebirth and the tradition to decorate eggs is ancient with early European christians using them to symbolize the tomb of Christ, that’s why we decorate and hide eggs on Easter. Easter can fall between March 22 and April 25th so the weather can be very unpredictable, sometimes there will be rain, sometimes sunshine all up to the date.
