At Work: Jack in the Box

Jose isn’t clowning around at his job.

Jose Espinoza has been working as a cashier at Jack In the Box for a year and a half. Some of the jobs that he performs are delivering food at the drive thru and preparing food. He is required to wear the shirt and the hat of Jack In the Box.
He hasn’t had any jobs anymore, so this is his first job. He works for experience and to save money for college. When asked about the best thing about the job he said, “the good environment is really good as your first job in an easy to learn environment”.
The most difficult part of his job are the arguments with the customers. He thinks he is a good employee as he is very fast and good at what he does. He likes his boss and he is very inspired by him. He earns $10.50/hour and works 30 hours a week. He likes playing sports when he is not working. He has been working very hard to get into college and manage the time for studies, work, sports and fun and get good grades.
