Art with a Purpose, Armijo’s dedicated art club, is dedicated to spreading more knowledge of art to the community.

The Armijo art club has many goals for the year, including painting murals in the gardening area.

They also plan to help the community by working with younger children once a month. “One of our main purposes is to help the community, so at the public library we host something called “Young At Art,” which is for children of all ages,” said Ms. Marita Redondo.

One of the main fundraisers the club has planned for the year is to sell Art Club t-shirts designed by the members of the club.

Art with a Purpose meets at lunch on Mondays in AC-2. Their focus is providing a fun experience by including volunteer work and fun challenges.
