Warm weather is finally here! That means it is time to have fun in the sunny outdoors with friends and family.

Some of my favorite things to do include hiking at Rockville Hills Park, riding a bike in Napa or reading with a refreshing iced coffee. Right now, it is so beautiful outside with all of the blooming flowers and green hills.

I appreciate the joys of spring through gardening. Have you seen the garden at Armijo? If you are interested in being a part of it, join the Garden Club which meets on Thursdays in F-5. Join us to plant flowers, trees, herbs and many different types of vegetables. It is already making our Armijo campus look a lot brighter.

Appreciate all that spring has to offer- despite allergies that the season brings! If you find yourself stressed at school, take a walk or a breath of fresh air. Nothing is better than the outdoors to brighten up a day.
