MorningSun Herb Farm, located at 6137 Pleasants Valley Road in Vacaville since 1994, has a wide range of plants. From herbs, hummingbird plants, and honeybee plants there’s a lot to choose from. Also located on site are chickens, goats, donkeys.

MorningSun holds spring workshops that talk about the multiple uses for their plants on the property including plant-based cleansers and other health related benefits.

Prices and dates vary and you can register on their website. The first one,Illuminate Your Skin Naturally with Plant-Based Cleansers” is held on Saturday, April 20, with others including “Herbs for Dogs and Cats” (May 19), “A Day of Lavender” (June 2) and “Detoxifying Herbs for Skin and Overall Health” (June 19) are also offered and prices and registration information can be found at https://www.morningsunherbfarm.com/workshops-at-morningsun-spring-2019/.

Another event that MorningSun Herb Farm is promoting is their Open House 2019 on May 4. There will be herb-based businesses on site with information and many will be selling their products. They will also have free demonstrations.
