Fact and About Me 

My name is Prabjot Kaur. But I have a nickname which is Tiya. I have been in leadership for 1 yr. This is my second year. The leadership program is a really fun and grateful program for me. I have learned to do many things and I have made many friends. I am a part of the IB program. I also do various clubs and sports during the years. I currently do tennis and I am planning to do soccer and maybe some softball if I get the chance. I am currently in the black union club and also in skate for change. As you see I am everywhere you can always see me in the leadership room and at Steam games, and any leadership events. Come up to me I am very friendly and social and don’t be shy. I am creative and really nice. I may look intimidating but I swear I don’t bite.

Skills and Characteristics

Some skills I have are being very talkative. I am the type of person that will literally make you get out of your shell. I have a really big heart and I am really nice. I have a job currently and it’s perfect for leadership. I have great people skills and am able to organize and keep up to task. I can do multiple things at once which really comes in handy. I always have the passion to help everyone and never leave anyone behind. These skills will help me be a great officer by being able to include anyone and anyone into our events. 

Priority 

My priorities are getting everyone involved into leadership. Right as you see some people are not in the groove of being in leadership or going to events yet. Like right now in my class we have my friends group known as the sohmpore group who are like literally the only people that participate in leadership from my class. I want to change that. I want everyone to be involved with everything we do. My top priority is fixing that.

From being back from distance learning after being gone so long. I want to help people to get back into the school spirit 

Non leadership students not participating in events

I feel like we need more non leadership students going to events more. I feel like some people do go but there are many that don’t. I really want to contribute to the events. Or just have fun with them. We put on events but it’s mostly just leadership students I WANT MORE PEOPLE.

My plans for leadership 

My plans are making the seniors have a wonderful year after one and a half years being distance learning. I think it would be a great way to end the seniors last year with us. I really want them to have a good way to end the high school experience. Exceptionally with having to go though covid and distancing learning. Also I want something for the freshman. I want to start their new year as a good one. Do I want to plan some events for them and just them. Maybe include sophomores too since we also need one.
