The end-of-the-year party for Seniors

Grad Nite: June 10 at 9 pm to June 11 at 4 am

Prepare to bring back Grad Nite in style.

Grad Nite is an Armijo tradition open only to graduating seniors. This year, the event will take place on Friday, June 10. Having a morning graduation that day will allow the members of the Class of 2022 to celebrate with their families before sharing one last night with their classmates.

20 classmates will be hypnotized to end the night!

A parent group puts together the event to decorate the gym, quad, and cafeteria to make it unrecognizable! There are over $2,500 in prizes and EVERYTHING is included in the price. Food, games, jump houses, drinks, caricature artist, AND 20 classmates will be hypnotized to end the night! You also receive a T-shirt!

Seniors are invited to come to the event when the doors open at 9 pm, but they must be at the event no later than 11 pm or they will miss out. This year, the party goes until 4 am, ending with a one-hour hypnotist show and a $1000 Grand Prize drawing, and graduates must be present to win. Raffle drawings will take place throughout the night, but students who get their tickets early will receive additional Grad Nite Bucks to enter the raffles earlier.

Tickets are available for $65 Tuesdays at lunch in front of the library or in AG-5. Make checks payable to “Armijo High School Grad Nite”. The first 100 students to purchase a ticket will get $20,000 in Grad Nite Bucks to spend on games the night of the event.

Tickets can also be purchased on April 5, April 19, May 3, May 17 and May 24. Those who purchase their ticket in advance will get a T-shirt with the names of the members of Class of 2022. Tickets will also be available at the door for $75, although t-shirts for those attendees are not guaranteed.

Graduates at the event will enjoy all-you-can-eat food and drink all night long. There will be dozens of fun games, including carnival booths and a casino with Black Jack and a Roulette wheel, while getting a chance to win raffle tickets. There will also be outdoor activities, dancing, photos in the photo booth, and a character artist. In the past, a DVD full of photos taken throughout the event has been mailed home to keep the memories alive, but now you will be given access to the event on YouTube.

Members of the Class of 2022 are encouraged to buy their tickets early so that there will be sufficient food and drink available for the attendees. Poster includes details at
