Final steps for football – meeting on November 20

If you are still interested in joining the football team, there is still time for you to sign up for conditioning; Tryouts will be in December. We are still looking for playmakers at the skill positions and big dawgs along the line.
In order to start conditioning or to tryout, you will need to complete the following:
- Current Physical – you can pick up a form in the main office or print the attached one
- Completed Athletic Clearance Profile for the 20-21 season: Athletic Clearance Link
- Complete the Return to Play google form with your parent: Return to Play Google Form
There will be another information meeting on Friday November 20th from 12:30pm to 1pm to answer any questions you may have signing up.
