This is a rescheduled event: In honor of Black History Month, we will be showing the movie The Hate U Give, based on the award-winning novel by Angie Thomas, on Wednesday, April 3rd from 2:15 pm – 4:30 pm.

The movie is rated PG-13 for mature thematic elements, therefore, parental permission is required to attend. Students must have transportation home promptly at 4:30 pm.

Admission for the movie is FREE.

Permission slips are available in the library or from English teachers. Please have the permission slip form signed by a parent / guardian and return it to the AHS library.

All attendees must show exemplary movie theater behavior during the showing.
