Volunteering can be fun. Just ask Florence Tanimoto, Madelyn Galal and Hezekiah Bates. These three students were representing Armijo, more specifically representing Ms. Vanessa Walling-Sisi’s Theory of Knowledge (TOK) class, when they visited the Solano County Food Pantry and helped to pack and load thousands of pounds of onions. That food will be used to help needy families in local areas affected by disaster to prepare healthy meals.

The event took place on Saturday, February 9, and not only did the trio spend time helping others, but they also created a lot of memories to take with them after th

ey graduate from Armijo in June.
