Ready, aim… CLEAN!

Spring is here and that means it is time for things like Spring Cleaning. There’s a week for that.

National Cleaning Week starts on March 28 and works its way into April 3. During this time, people commit to cleaning their homes, their cars and their workspaces.

Cleaning your environment is healthy both physically and mentally. Start small, but be committed for the week. Little things make a big difference. Clean up by after yourself, throw away trash, and pick up things around the house. It’s fun having a nice and clean environment and it is rewarding to know that everything is in its place.

I clean every day. It’s a daily thing. I will do the dishes sometimes and clean the living room. I honestly like to clean because it takes some of my time during the day when I have nothing to do. Perhaps during National Cleaning Week you can make cleaning a rewarding habit.

Cleaning can be fun when you listen to music to bright it up or if you’re working with friends and family. Make your chores a routine but make them fun by making a game out of them. Why not celebrate National Cleaning Week by discovering a new goal of keeping the areas you cleaned in their best condition day to day?
