Hello, my name is Layne Highfill. I was born in Oakland, CA.  I went to middle school at Dan O. Root K-8. I am a junior at Armijo highschool.

A good thing about journalism is that it seems easy to pass. I didn’t sign up for journalism.

I like to build stuff like fences, houses, and stuff like that. I also like watching sports like football and basketball.
