My name is Laila. My last school was Dan O. Root II Health and Wellness Academy. I am a Freshman!

I am finding myself quite interested in Journalism and writing a newspaper, as well as photography. I joined Mass/Media because I want to really explore Journalism and its aspects! I am most interested in the photography part of this, I would love to go to events and be able to take pictures of people having fun and the sports games, with the players. That has always been interesting to me.

I spend most of my time baking and cooking at home. I would love to be able to own my own bakery and post photos of my baked goods and pastries! I have a big dream of being able to support others. I also love knowing someone is having a good time. It’s something I really enjoy about taking pictures of others. I can’t wait to get started with Journalism. I am extremely excited to get to work.
