Hello, my name is Jermel Bruton and I am new to Armijo High School. I am from California, and I am in the 10th grade. I transferred from Vanden High. My first impression of Armijo was not that bad and I think the school is an all right school. I’m a little sad I didn’t get to pick any of the electives I wanted because I got enrolled late but it’s fine. I also wish I didn’t have first period PE, but that’s beside the point.

Now, something in the Journalism class that I find positive is writing. I enjoy writing because it lets me express myself and use my imagination. I like to think of myself as a pretty good or at least decent writer. You can even express yourself better when writing for the school. I hope to write something good for them. Personally, at first, I was thinking about switching classes because I had never taken journalism or had any idea of what it actually was. I think journalism will be a fine class this year and I can’t wait to see what it will bring.
