Hello, My name is Jeremy Padilla, I’m a freshman at Armijo High School and I will be graduating in the year 2028.

I come from a Mexican background but I was born in LA, after the first few years of my life my family decided to move three times up Northern California. I was still pretty young during the moves, however I remember the 2017 forest fire that was near my house at the time. After that, my family moved one more time, this time to the town of Fairfield, where my family and I still reside.

On the other side though, when it comes to journalism I only really started to like the idea about it when I was in seventh grade. When I heard about how Armijo had an elective for journalism it became one of my first picks. Although I don’t think the part about having “interviews” with other students sounded too enticing to me, taking photos of other students didn’t sound too bad at all.
