My name is Aaliyah, I was born in Vallejo California. I grew up in Suisun and have lived here all my
life. I grew up with my twin sister, whose name is Charlotte. We went to elementary school together, at
Crescent, then she transferred to Public Safety Academy (PSA). So my sister and I went to
different middle schools, which was very hard for us. I went to Crystal Middle School all throughout
middle school and I am now in my senior year of high school here at Armijo. I signed up for journalism
because I think it’s interesting to be a journalist and I am thinking about taking that career path.
