April 2018: Mystery Person | Want to win a Movie Ticket?
Can you identify this young man? Our Mystery Person for the first half of April is a sophomore. By the end of the school year, he will have completed his first two years as an Armijo Indian. He does have an older brother who has spent some time at Sem Yeto, but our Mystery Person is all about Armijo.
“I like to play basketball and go to school”, he said. One of his proudest accomplishments is keeping up his GPA. If he could go anywhere in the world, he said that he would want to “go to Hawaii because I have never been there before,” he said.
Our Mystery Person’s favorite restaurant is Red Lobster and his favorite color is red.
“The first thing I want to do before I graduate high school is go home and go to sleep and then go to college,” he said. His college of choice is UC Davis. Our Mystery Person is working hard to make that dream come true, but some dreams take money. “If I had a million dollars, I would flip it and also buy my mom a car,” he said.
The last Mystery Person was Esmeralda Perez who remained a mystery during the last two weeks.
If you know the Mystery Person for these two weeks, be the first person to go to G-10 to identify him or her. You will receive a free movie ticket at Edwards Theater. Only one prize per issue will be awarded. Journalism students or club members and Armijo teachers and staff do not qualify. Armijo’s Mystery Person will be presented between September and May. Submission cannot be taken during class time but will be accepted between classes, before and after school.
