Twice the Taveniers

Peter and Jonathan Tavenier are fraternal twins so, although they were born at the same time, they are not identical and are easy to tell apart. The two were born on September 29, 2000 and, just for the record, Jonathan was born first.

Currently seniors, both are active on campus and beyond. Peter plays golf and is in Armijo’s Leadership program while Jonathan played on Armijo’s water polo team.

Together, they run the Andrew’s Bookshelf, a club named for the late Andrew Lucas. Through the club they hope to spread the love of reading with youngsters in Fairfield and Suisun. They hold meetings for this club every Monday in F-3.

Although they’re not fully decided yet, Peter is considering studying business and Jonathan is thinking about studying a science. In June, they will wrap up their time at Armijo and move to the next part of their lives.
