During the summer there are many activities you can do either indoors or outdoors, some of these activities can be going to the Beach/ lakes to tanning or go swimming, visit your local museums or aquariums, visit water parks, do inside activities, go on picnics, go hiking.
Although there is a lot of stuff you can do during the summer, you also have to make sure you take the right precautions with the heat because it can cause heat strokes, some symptoms to this are headache, confusions, hot, red or dry skin, if your body temperature is over 130°F, and ways to avoid this is by making sure you drink a lot of water and stay hydrated, put on sunscreen and continue applying it through the day, wear hats to prevent the sun from hitting you.
Some other activities you can do as well and enjoy as a family are going camping. You can take a couple days and go with your family to a camping spot. Some activities you can do here are going on a bike ride, playing sports with your family like soccer, volleyball, or even going on walks and playing board games.
