A visit to the Island can be a tasty treat

In October, a reviewer by the name of Nuu S visited Jamrock Island Cuisine in Vacaville and shared her opinion.

If you enjoy flavorful ethnic foods I would recommend this place! I really liked the Spicy Beef Patties; they are a hit and one of my favorite snacks to eat on the go. The Patty filled me up in the mean time until I had time to eat an actual meal.

I also ordered the Jerk Chicken Lunch Plate and it was decent. The chicken was well seasoned but the rice was a bit bland. I am looking forward to try other items on the menu.

I recommend trying this Plate out for lunch! It took maybe about 20 minutes or less to prepare but I didn’t mind because my food was fresh. However, when I reordered the Beef Patties on another day in the late evening and they did not taste as fresh as the afternoon Patties!

You can check out the food at Jamrock Island Cuisine at 900 Alamo Drive in Vacaville. It is open from 10:30 am to 8 pm Mondays through Thursdays, 10:30 am to 5 pm on Fridays and 10 am to 8 pm on Sundays, but they are closed on Saturday.
