Dress for the “best day of the year”
National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day – April 16
Mark your calendars for April 16, as it’s the day to wear your comfortable pajamas to work, although you might want to check in with your boss first.
National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day is supposed to be a day to relax after submitting taxes, according to National Day Calendar, a day geared toward accountants and those who waited until the last minute to file. Because it creates a “laid back” atmosphere and relieves stress, this day is sometimes called “the best day of the year.”
This National Day is being celebrated on a Friday, so if you are returning to campus, why not return in style and wear your pajamas to school or work, but make sure they are appropriate, of course. Nothing wrong with the old vintage 90’s cartoon tee and sweatpants you usually wear to bed, but you might want to put on something fresh. Also be sure to cover your feet. Why not can rock your favorite bunny slippers as well?
Have fun with this day, but do make sure it’s okay in the chosen environment.
