Focus your art on National Lash Day.

In 2015, the first National Lash Day was celebrated. On February 19, it is going to be celebrated again.  It was created by House of Lashes (https://houseoflashes.com/).

National Lash Day promotes the love and need for true and false eyelashes. The day offers an opportunity to explore the benefits and fashion of lashes.

Those who have not been blessed with naturally lush lashes should celebrate this day, which is for everyone who loves false lashes.

Here are so many fun facts about lashes, real and false, from HolidaysCalendar.com (https://rb.gy/uefai7):

  • The longest eyelashes ever measured are 4-inches. They were grown by a woman in China.
  • Eyelashes have been styled for at least 4,000 years
  • Eating salmon, eggs, almonds, walnuts, beans, and avocados can help with eyelash health.

While there are no festivals for this day, you can celebrate National Lash Day by posting on social media with the hashtag #NationalLashDay. Post something about lashes and share a picture of your own.

I know that I will be posting on social media about National Lash Day, showing off my false eyelash strips. This is a great day for makeup lovers to celebrate this day and make it more popular.
