Splish splash!
National Step in a Puddle and Splash Your Friends Day – January 11
As children, we all got in trouble for splashing in big puddles during the rain. Well, now you can have a whole day dedicated to jumping in all the puddles you feel like jumping in!
January 11, National Step in a Puddle and Splash Your Friends Day lets you live out those childhood moments officially. Try celebrating this national day by making your friend’s day a lot memorable and messy! Make sure to put on our rain boots and raincoats before going out!
If the weather is right, try looking for any buddies who might feel like going on a walk with you and jump in any puddles you can. However, remember to only splash your friends and not strangers who might not be aware of this holiday.
If the weather has not cooperated, try making your own puddles in your backyard. Get out the hose and invite a couple of friends over for a good splashing!
This day can be enjoyed by both children and adults, even during the pandemic. Remember to be safe, though. Some puddles can make the streets a bit slippery or have hidden depths!
On National Step in a Puddle and Splash Your Friends Day, don’t let anyone tell you not have fun!
