Save your money for spring release
Video game – LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
If you love LEGOs, Star Wars, and video games all in one, then you are going to love LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. This new game will be released in spring 2021 for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, and Microsoft Windows. The pricing will be $59.99 on its initial release.
According to www.fatgandalf.com, “Star Wars is an American epic space opera media franchise created by George Lucas.” The LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga video game was developed by Traveller’s Tales, Lucasfilm, and TT Games. It is an action-adventure single-player or multiplayer video game.
Unlike most LEGO video games in which players had to advance through the story in a linear order, players for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be able to choose to start the game from any of the nine Skywalker saga episodes and complete them in any order they wish. Each episode will have five story missions, making a total of 45 levels, contrasting from six levels per episode in previous games. The game will have nearly 500 characters, with many of them being playable.
The game comes to life after decades of Star Wars adventures. Through Lucasfilm, Lucas started his own video game company, which he named LucasArts. He then licensed the rights to develop Star Wars games. As you may know, LEGO is no stranger to creating “tie-in games for movies and pop culture franchises” (https://www.lego.com/en-us/games).
Star Wars fans who have played the related video games are eagerly awaiting the upcoming edition, a LEGO video game unlike any other. “Experience fun-filled adventures, whimsical humor, and the freedom to fully immerse yourself in the Star Wars universe like never before,” says www.videogamesetc.
This spring, you can play all nine saga films and experience a fun filled adventure in a galaxy far, far away…
