Raise awareness with your razor
No Shave November
NoSHAVEmber, also known as No Shave November, is where all of November participants do not shave. NoSHAVEmber was created by the children of Matthew Hill in 2009, to raise awareness about different kinds of cancer. Participants are encouraged to donate the money they would typically spend on a haircut, a facial groom or shaving supplies to cancer research charities.
When the money donated adds up around the country, it will help hospitals get closer to finding a cure for cancer. Over 600,000 people are expected to die of cancer this year, according to seer.cancer, so every dollar donated could go to make that number 0 in future years.
Put down your razor and join the fun! Create your own personal fundraising page by registering to participate in No-Shave November. (https://no-shave.org/)
