The final Fontaine prepares to leave AHS
Jordan Fontaine has been attending Armijo since his freshman year and said that it feels great to be a senior because “I am about to graduate and leave this school!” Before the virus closed down the campus, Fontaine said that the thing he would miss most about Armijo is “hanging out with friends every day.” He did say that his favorite memory is meeting his girlfriend during freshman year.
Fontaine is the last of his family members to graduate from Armijo. His three older siblings have already graduated.
Fontaine has been part of the Youth Christian Club (YCC) since his freshman year, but has spent the last two years as president. In the fall, he plans to go to Sonoma State University and major in business so that he can start multiple businesses in a few years. His role model is Elon Musk, the co-founder of Tesla.
If he could change one thing about the Armijo campus, he said it would be the food that is offered every day. He would want there to be more variety and, he explained, he does not feel that it is the best tasting food.
While Fontaine does not play any sports for Armijo, but he does like to play golf. He also loves to go to church and paint.
I grew up in Sacramento until I moved to Fairfield last year in October. I used to be in advanced classes, but now I have regular classes.
