A look at the Super Bowl experience
Make sure to cancel all plans this Sunday so you can watch the 54th Super Bowl National Football League battle it out at Hard Rock Stadium in Florida. Tune into Fox at 3:30 pm PST where the two teams, San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs, will play ball against each other. The last time and only time the Chiefs were in the Super Bowl was 1970 when they beat the Minnesota Vikings. The 49ers, however, have won five Super Bowl titles (1982, 1985, 1989, 1990 and 1995). In their 2013 appearance, though, the team lost to the Baltimore Ravens.
While football is important, what makes the Super Bowl stand out is the halftime show. The event will include favorite Demi Lovato to start off the game with the National Anthem, and Jennifer Lopez and Shakira giving a performance during halftime.
Interested in buying tickets for the game? This year, the tickets ranged from $950-$5,000, depending on seats, perks, and other factors.
The game should last about three-and-a-half hours. When it comes to watching it from home, TV isn’t the only option when you have computers, tablets, and cellar devices. The game will also be streaming on FOXSports.com, FOXSports app, or the FOX NOW app. Super Bowl parties are also being hosted around the country at homes, restaurants, and other venues.
“When it comes to the NFL’s biggest game, one team is a familiar face, and the other hasn’t been on the face in five decades.” according the CBSSportsNews.
This year should be an interesting competition. San Francisco fans are hoping 49ers may have a miracle, since they have already won two of their Super Bowls victories in Miami. Kansas Chiefs fans are hoping that they will finally make a breakthrough after 50 years. No matter which team wins this Sunday, the Super Bowl will be a game for the books, like always.
