Two of a kind
Michael and Michaela Reese are twins, which means that they have gone to the same school all of their lives. “It’s pretty good to go to the same school,” said Michaela.
One of the benefits of being in high school is that people are moving around from class to class, but the twins do share a class this year, their second period Environmental Science class with Ms. Janis Lubker. They both seem to be happy about that. They each have a teacher named “Wilson” during first period, but for Michael, it is Mr. Jeffrey Wilson for Math II, and for Michaela, it is Ms. Melissa Wilson as her Teacher’s Assistant.
“Our relationship is good, but we do have our disagreements from time to time,” said Michaela, who is older by eight minutes.
“The best memory of us together was our 10th birthday because it was just so much fun,” said Michael.
Another thing they have in common is that they both like to play sports. Michaela is playing on this year’s girls’ basketball team. While Michael also loves to play basketball, he chose to play for Armijo’s football team instead of the boys’ basketball team.
Michael and Michaela also have an older sister and a younger sister and younger brother.
