There’s so much more to learn

What you learn in one season is not nearly enough.

Everything I Know about Love is a BBC television series on Peacock that released its first season (seven episodes) on June 7.

The story starts off with a girl named Maggie (Emma Appleton) who is taking a train to her new home. In Episode #1, she has fallen head over heels for Street, played by Connor Finch, a musician that she comes to her rescue on that train. She ends up telling him that “a phone number isn’t necessary. If you are truly the one for me, you´ll find me someday.”

From that point forward, she goes on bad dates, and suffers heartaches and humiliations. The poor girl can’t seem to find the true meaning of love without experiencing the tragedy of dating.

Maggie experiences cycles of falling in love, getting a job, getting drunk, and then getting dumped. It all started with a guy named Street.

Even though there is no closure in Season 1, there is not a plan to bring back this British story for Season 2. However, there is a book by the same title by Dolly Alderton that might tie up some of the loose ends. If you like the series, you might be interested in reading the book that it was developed from, which is available at Barnes & Noble as well as Amazon.
