The theme of the contest is “What does Freedom mean to me?” Children and teens are invited to use their imaginations to define and redefine freedom in 2022 in the spirit of Juneteenth.

The winners of the contest and their family will receive complimentary tickets to the Solano County Library’s African American Cultural event and dinner!  They will also see their art published on the library’s website and printed for onsite display at all libraries!
