Students had a chance to shine on the court in March.

Lunchtime was full of fun and action at the 3 v 3 basketball event from Tuesday, March 1, through Friday, March 4. Ten teams played over the course of four days. It was organized successfully by Associated Student Body (ASB) Student Activities officer Mariyam Oladele.

The first two days were Round Robin, and the last two were Single Loss Elimination.

The student teams included some creative names: Swagalicious, Fresh Boys, WestStarBoys, AHS Football, PushinP, CramBam, SleazeTeam, NTL, the  Bakers, and LLJ.

In the end, it was LLJ and CramBam who went on to play the championship match. CramBam, which was made up of Barun Singh, Rashid Hogan, Josh Rusit, Angel Garza, Malachi Cooper, and Marcel Longmire, came out victorious. Without any losses, the team dominated the court and made the crowd go crazy.
