Learn to be resilient at PAL Center

If you are feeling pressure like a grip, grip, grip and it won’t let go, whoa. Pressure like a tick, tick, tick ’til it’s ready to blow, whoa, if you don’t want to fight Cerberus, or feel berserk as a tightrope walker in a three-ring circus then join the Fairfield PAL Teen Center February 22-25, 2022 to learn simple ways to manage emotions, lift things weighing you down, jump hurdles, and plug into supports to help you when you feel pressure!

Sessions will start at 5:30 PM and finish at 7:30 PM each day. You do not need to go every day–but it is recommended.

A free PAL membership is required and space is limited. Please call 707 422 6288 for more information or to save a seat!

PAL uses traditional recreational programming to create an environment that draws young people to support the development of the social and emotional skills required to promote a positive self-identity and become productive and engaged members of our community. By offering teens programs they are interested in and choices, it becomes possible to slip in pro social skill building and development utilizing youth development practices and techniques. For more information about these PAL activities, please call 707-422-6288 or visit the program’s webpage at www.fairfield.ca.gov/pal under the Quick Links or follow us in real time by visiting the program’s Facebook page at @Fairfieldpal1, Twitter at @pal-fairfield, and Instagram at ff_pal_center.
