Some Spring sports looking for players

Baseball, softball, track and badminton

Baseball:

If you are interested in playing baseball, tryouts are Monday, January 31, through Wednesday, February 9. They will start everyday @ 3:15 on the varsity baseball field.

If you have any interest in playing baseball, please come and talk to Coach Casey Towner in AG-5! He will work with you to get athletically cleared and get you what you need to try out!

After this week, it will most likely be too late, so let Coach Towner know if you are interested/planning on playing as soon as possible!

Softball:

If you are interested in playing softball, tryouts start Monday, January 31 and last 2 weeks.

The team will start workouts every day at 3:15 on the Varsity Softball field, located in the annex.

If you have any interest in playing, please come see Coach Melissa Wilson! She will work with you to get athletically cleared and get you what you need to try out!

If you have little or no experience, it’s ok!

Track & Field:

As our winter sports wind down, Coach Matthew Pence sent out an email reminding everyone that it’s not too late to join the track and field team! “We are always on the lookout for hardworking students who are interested in throwing or running, even if you have no prior experience!” he said.

If you are interested, want more information about the practices, or just need help with the Athletic Clearance process, come see Coach Pence in D2.

Badminton:

If you are interested in joining the Girls’ Badminton team, please contact Coach Megan Flores at [email protected] or visit her in the PE department.  There is still plenty of room on the roster to add girls to the squad!
