Out of thousands of missing cases, most go unsolved.

February 3 in the United States is recognized as National Missing Persons Day. It was recognized to bring attention to the approximated 2,300 people that reportedly go missing every day. Fairfield and the areas around it are no exception to the trend. Within Solano County there are quite a few, including:

  • Angel Sky Bryant, who was last seen on January 25, 2018 in Vallejo. She would be 22 this year.
  • Quadir Jules, who was last seen on April 21, 2019, also in Vallejo. He would be turning 16 this year.
  • Pearl Pinson, who was last seen on May 25, 2016 in Vallejo. She would be turning 22 this year.
  • John Michael Larsen was last seen on July 12, 2015. He is from Davis and would have been turning 34 this year.
  • Kelli Nichole Blair was last seen on August 20, 2018 in San Ramon. She would have been 20 this year.

These are stories that happened years ago, but more happen every day and the heartache lives on. With these cases, answers have yet to be provided to the families or loved ones, so they are torn between hope and mourning. It’s important to recognize National Missing Persons Day and celebrate it respectfully by recognizing the dangers, pain, and sorrow that these types of disappearances cause.
