Karaoke Night on Wednesday, December 1, was great. There were several group performances including the cheerleading team that sang “Party in the USA” by Miley Cyrus.

Some of the highlight solo performances of the night included Maya Manzano singing “Almost There” from The Princess and the Frog, Kevin Huynh singing “You Are the Reason” and Kaelani Exton singing “All I Want for Christmas is You.”

If you missed this event, it is not too late to enjoy the Winter Carnival and Community Christmas celebration on Friday, December 10, from 5 to 7:30 pm. “There will be lots of games, raffled prizes, DJ Domo (Student Domonick Kimbrough who DJ’s at lunch) will be there,” said Leadership adviser Mr. Casey Towner.

The event is free and open to all students, families, and local community, so students are encouraged to invite their parents and siblings for a night of fun and laughter.
