Andrew and Sarah H, who own Hank and Hazel’s Really Good Sausages in Vacaville, shared the following statement with Yelp:

 “We feel truly blessed to be able to spend our days sharing really good food with our community!  We started on this food journey years ago when we left our corporate jobs to learn more about butchery, with an aspiration to bringing that craft back to our hometown.  What we discovered was that our favorite part was making sausage!  It’s a food that truly showcases so many cultures and we’re proud to bring you the best sausages we can find!’

The restaurant is located at 501 Merchant Street in Vacaville and gets 5-star reviews on Yelp over and over again. They also have a food truck that pops up around town regularly.
