Veronica Tang has accomplished a lot throughout her four years right here at Armijo. The highlight of her senior year so far has been leaving an impact on those who look up to her.

Tang, who has served as the drum major of the Armijo Superband, said, “The best memory I have had in high school was being part of such a great and tight-knit band program.”

Some advice Tang would like to give to incoming seniors is to start college applications early and to not to waste the last year of high school regretting the past.

“I am planning on going to SF State or UC Berkeley,” she said. “I will get a business degree and build my life from there.” In just a few months, Tang will walk across the stage at graduation, looking toward the future without worrying about the past she will leave behind.
