CJ Fusion is located at 201 Travis Blvd, directly up the street from Armijo High School.  It gets the name “fusion” as it is a specific type of restaurant. It is a Chinese food and sushi restaurant and that serves both types of foods.

The restaurant has been established since 2016 and is owned by Martin Tandy, and it is open Thursday through Tuesday, from 11 am to 9pm.  It is inexpensive and has average prices for the food they serve.

“Tandy is awesome and the fish is always fresh, prices are great!” said Ed Kei Lockhart on Facebook. “I am always treated like family.” In addition to fresh fish, they also serve a popular Chicken Wonton Soup, sushi rolls, and typical Japanese and Chinese meals that you would find at other restaurants.

The restaurant has Japanese themed pictures and artwork.  The front of the building has two koi fish as its logo. The majority reviews have 3.5 stars out of 5.  Most reviews are positive towards the food, while the bad reviews tend to be the condition of the restaurant.  While it is popular with many of the guests, I did not particularly enjoy the food and the restaurant had a strange smell.  While it is an easy-to-access restaurant, I think it could be better and better managed.
