Michigan State University (MSU) is a public university located in East Lansing, Michigan. This university’s campus is 5,300 acres which holds 563 buildings. There is about 20,000 acres of land set aside for the education and research of agriculture and nature.

MSU has a large athletics department and it has a lot of school pride.

The university’s mascot is a Spartan that goes by the name of Sparty. Sparty supports the school’s non-varsity sports teams and the school’s 25 varsity sports teams. MSU’s colors are white and green.

According to the office of admissions at MSU, Michigan State University is “rated as one of the top athletics program in the nation by cbssports.com, MSU’s 25 Division l intercollegiate athletic teams make it exciting to cheer on Spartan teams all year.”

MSU has programs that specialize in agriculture and education. The average GPA at this school is 3.73. The university’s graduation rate is 77%. Furthermore, the acceptance rate is 72%.

MSU has an undergraduate enrollment of 39,423 students as of this year, of which 50.7% are women. Additionally, 23.8% of the students are part of a minority.
