Mystery Person

Our Mystery Person for the end of November is something of an athlete. He plays basketball every day and said that there is at least one college looking at him for a scholarship for the sport. He said that he would go to any college that offered him such a scholarship and, if that didn’t pan out, he’d consider going into the NBA. Right now, he practices on his own and on the Armijo basketball team.

While basketball is clearly his favorite sport, our Mystery Person has some other favorites, too. His favorite color is pink; his favorite food is pizza; his favorite genres of music are Hip Hop and Rap.

If he were to win $1 million, or maybe if he earned that kind of money playing for a professional basketball team, this Mystery Person said that he would give some to his family and friends. He already has his family settled, with two sisters and a brother, but there may be some openings in the “friends” department.

The last Mystery Person was Lesley Leal who remained a mystery during the first two weeks of November.

If you know the Mystery Person for these two weeks, be the first person to go to G-10 to identify him or her. You will receive a free movie ticket at Edwards Theater. Only one prize per issue will be awarded. Journalism students or club members and Armijo teachers and staff do not qualify. Armijo’s Mystery Person will be presented between September and May. Submission cannot be taken during class time but will be accepted between classes, before and after school.
