We will be providing more information –but did want to get the word out to you now.  Please feel free to share this with anyone you think could benefit.  Any middle or high school student may get a FREE sports physical to use for school, afterschool clubs and teams, or other use.  (I am sorry, but they are unable to provide them for elementary students at this time.)

We served over 80 students last year and are hoping to reach 100 this year!  All of the medical staff necessary to conduct a sports physical will be provided thanks to our PAL’s at Kaiser!
