The number of girls who have played Armijo golf is pretty small. The team only takes a few players and has only existed for a few years. One of the reasons that Hannah Wolf chose to become one of these rare players is because her sister Abby had played in the early years. “This is my second year playing golf for AHS,” said Wolf. “My most memorable game is against Wood where I got my personal best score.”

While she does not plan to continue golfing competitively in college, she does encourage other students considering getting involved in sports. “I would advise people to join because it can’t hurt you,” she said. She also participates in softball outside of school.

Besides athletics endeavors, Wolf enjoys singing and composing music, but her educational goal is to study actuarial sciences and / or mathematics education in college. She hopes to attend either UCLA or Stanford.

Wolf has two older siblings: Richard (19) and Abigail (17). Her role model is her mother.
