Dua Lipa New Rules contest ends December 15

Fast rising British pop star DUA LIPA would like to invite all students to enter a creative writing-art-video contest around her #1 single NEW RULES, with 5 grand prizes to each winning student of a DUA LIPA gift bag with items seen in her hit NEW RULES video. The response from fans when the single was 1streleased inspired Dua to call on them to upload covers and lip syncs of “New Rules” online, tagging #DuasNewRules. This resulted in a collaboration video showcasing how the song has connected Dua with her fans and she would like to extend the collobarations to high school students. You can view some of them at #DuasNewRules here. The track also inspired some expertly executed parodies, like Instagram user @jakewil’s version, which you can see here.
Dua released the video for “New Rules” earlier this summer with an overwhelming response from fans and the press alike. Buzzfeed declared ““New Rules,” is not only your new summer anthem but also the video is a cinematic masterpiece” and PAPER raved “we’re in love with her self-empowered summer vibes.”
Entries can be videos, lip syncs, essays, illustrations, graphics, haikus, poetry, video, art–or any other medium a student may wish to utilize.

CONTEST DETAILS
CONTEST is open to all students ages 13-19 and all schools.
GETTING ENTERED: Submissions-links can be downloaded-sent to [email protected]
DATES: the contest will run from NOV 10-DEC 15 with the winners announced on DEC 18.
JUDGING: MOXIE, Warner Bros Records and Dua will judge and select the winners on the basis of the following criteria: originality (25%), creativity (25%), self-expression (25%), and inspirational quality (25%). The five (5) highest scoreswill be deemed the winners.
PRIZES: There will be 5 prizes-winners consisting of:
