Shared interests and distractions change awkward moments.

During high school, couples tend to develop and people start to get to know each other. It is common to get yourself in a relationship, but before you do, you need to know the person, making sure you actually like them for who they are. A first date is normally where that happens.

On a first date you want to go somewhere you can have fun and yet talk to each other. My recommendation is a baseball game. I feel like it would be perfect for a sporty guy and a girl who is getting into sports. It is an ideal date because you can talk to your partner while you are still having fun.

Suppose you guys are talking. It is not a very loud place to be at unless there’s something exciting going, on like a home run. If one person doesn’t know anything about baseball, the other person can help guide them throughout the game, but if feels awkward and you realize that you’re not attracted to that person, a baseball game works because there is something to watch and you won’t feel forced to talk.

If you both like the same baseball team, you can match with the same jersey and take nice pictures. There are night games and day games when it comes to baseball. A day game is typically from noon to around 4 pm and often on weekends. Afterwards, you can go out to eat somewhere, if you are still enjoying each other’s company, and it would be the perfect date. Night games, on the other hand, are very energetic and fun! They typically start around 6 or 7 pm and end at around 10 or 11 at night. You can always go out to eat after a night game if you aren’t too tired. A baseball game will always be the way to go!
