Day Shift is a comedy that was released on Netflix on Friday, August 12.

Some viewers will like it, but it was not really my cup of tea. Because of the potential followers, it looks like they left it open for another movie or even series, but it did fall short in making it predictable.

Day Shift is the story of a father trying to support his family while hunting vampires in secret.

The movie has some suspenseful moments and you could start to tell what was going to happen next, the comedy aspects were okay. It has a confusing backstory, because it kept changing, but it had an interesting character list.

One of the strong points of the movie is the actors who are involved: Snoop Dogg, Jamie Foxx, and Dave Franco, just to name a few. I don’t blame the actors for the poor review. I just wish the writing was stronger so they could capture their audience more effectively.
