Secret agents make Military Ball mysterious fun

AFJROTC held its Annual Military Ball on Saturday, February 18. It was amazing! Many cadets attended this great night to celebrate the Corps as well as to just get together for a fun evening of food, music, dancing, and fun!  This function is planned by cadets for cadets, and Fernando Pantoja and his committee did a great job!

The evening’s activities included a dinner, dancing, naming and crowning of our royal court, and a slideshow of first semester projects. Many cadets also brought guests from outside ROTC, giving these students the opportunity to enjoy the event with us and have a great time, as well as to learn about our great Corps!

For the third year in a row, we held the Military Ball in Fairfield’s very own Jelly Belly. The conference rooms there are perfect for our venue and, as usual, the food from Rafael’s Catering in Vallejo was perfect!  The ball also brought spectacular interest in decoration due to this year’s theme “Secret Agents.”

From the dancing to the crowning ceremony for King and Queen, everybody really truly enjoyed themselves. We can’t wait until next year’s Military Ball to do it all over again and enjoy this wonderful event with all of the cadets!

We also hope you all had a great Valentine’s Day with friends and loved ones! Next month, we will get back to you to inform you who won King and Queen and so on!

Meanwhile, have a great Spring Break!
