Superheroes are not always the good guy.

Venom is the story about a villain who becomes a hero. It is the story of an alien who survives by attaching itself to a host, usually a human being, in this case journalist Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy). With the merging of these two, the alien gives Eddie superhuman abilities, however he is dangerous and fueled by rage.

The scene that stood out to me the most was toward the end where Venom fights another alien. This scene shows the relationship between Venom and Eddie because both were able to put aside their differences and work together to fight this one evil villain. They turned what could have been a big problem into an alliance. While at the beginning of the film Venom is portrayed as a big, bad villain who terrorizes people, in the end he is pretty much considered a hero.

This film was a spin-off from another Marvel movie, Spiderman, where Venom plays his nemesis. The transition Venom goes through from being bad to somewhat good was a joy to watch.

The graphics used to portray Venom were exquisite. The lighting was perfect throughout the whole movie and the characters were seen very clearly, even through some of the night scenes that were filmed.

I especially enjoyed some of the comedic scenes within this movie. There were moments during the script that gave me a good laugh. Some of the music may have been a little too slow for some parts, however, but during the action scenes, the instrumentals went perfectly.

I think the movie went by really fast and was somewhat sped up. They should have taken their time and not try to rush anything, but it was awesome to watch and I would definitely recommend watching it.
